Inside and Outside

The underground climate-controlled parking garage provides each tenant one space which is included in the rent. Exterior parking is located on the south side of the building providing shelter from high winds and blowing snow during the winter months.

Additional spaces in the undergroung, climate-controlled, parking garage are available for a monthly fee of $50.00 each. These spaces are limited and reserved on a first come / first serve basis.

Storage

The all-inclusive rent provides one (1) storage unit per apartment - a 4' x 4' unit or a 4' x 6' unit (first come / first serve). Units are located on all floors and will be assigned on a first come / first serve basis.

Limited additional storage closets available at $30 per month.

• 1,330 square feet of comfortable living space
• Located on the NW and SW corners of the building providing great sunset views and lots of window exposure
• Ample in-apartment storage is a plus
• 14 ft vaulted ceilings on 3rd floor
