Deposit

$850.00 Refundable Security Deposit

Deposits are refundable providing the apartment is left in a clean and undamaged condition. Normal wear will be taken into consideration. Upon vacating the apartment, the tenant is responsible for scheduling a walk-through with management.

$425.00 Pet Deposit

The Pet Policy for Paramount Estates:

One pet up to 45 lbs per apartment is allowed
Tenant must provide veterinarian records for the past two (2) years
Tenant must provide a photo of the animal
Pet must be on a leash when outside the apartment
